Rude?.
Sergey is Russian. He's not a rude person, but he doesn't communicate well in spoken English. I've had great support from Xline by writing clear emails, and getting back clear, helpful emails.
Pros: Works for me.
Cons: Learning curve higher than most, but the software does more than most, and better.

Terrible support.
I agree with the previous reviewer: very bad support, rude,unprofessional. Very defensive when frequent bugs are found.

Cons: very bad support, rude,unprofessional. too many builds issued after so-called final version.

Good program, terrible support.
The program is good, a little outdated, there are better technoligies, but the support is the worst part. They take their time getting back to you, have bad english and are rude. For that, i would say forget this program and find something else.
Pros: Easy interface
Cons: Basic, bad support, too expensive
